내란의 우두머리 윤석열의 정권은 끝났다.

내란의 우두머리 윤석열의 정권은 끝났다. 오늘 국회에서 윤석열에 대한 탄핵소추안이 통과되는지 아닌지의 문제가 아니다. 이후 헌법재판소에서 윤석열의 탄핵소추를 인정할지의 문제도 아니다. 윤석열 정권이 끝난 것은 이 자리에 모인 우리 노동자와 시민들이 윤석열의 독재 시도를 용납하지 못하기 때문이다. 나아가 우리가 그들의 폭력에 당당하게 맞섰기 때문이다. 우리의 힘 앞에서 윤석열 정권은 끝났다. 우리가 끝장낸 것이다.

윤석열 정권은 이미 그 문을 닫았다. 그러니 우리는 윤석열이 망가트린 세상을 다시 정상화할 필요가 있다. 우리는 반란 우두머리 윤석열이 업무개시명령을 운운하며 일몰시킨 화물 안전운임제를 재건해야 한다. 우리는 내란수괴 윤석열이 대책없이 없애버린 공무직위원회를 재건해야 한다. 우리는 윤석열이 흔적도 없이 지워버린 공공부문 비정규직 정규직 전환을 완수야 한다. 우리는 윤석열 3년간 하락하기만 해온 실질임금을 다시 끌어올려야 한다. 윤석열이 박살낸 의료체계를 재건하고 공공의료를 확립해야 한다. 우리는 공공돌봄을 다시 세워야 한다. 그리고 우리는 이 모든 빼앗긴 것들을 되찾기 위해 투쟁할 것이다.

하지만 이것으로 만족하지는 말자. 아직 우리가 가야할 길은 멀기 때문이다. 우리는 사람의 삶에 필수적인 서비스들을 향유하도록 하는 것이 개인이 아닌 사회 전체의 책임이 될 수 있는, 공공성이 동네 구석구석을 채우는 세상을 만들어야 한다. 우리는 특수고용, 플랫폼노동, 간접고용, 민간위탁 등 고용형태가 어떻던 간에 노동3권을 온전히 누리는 데에 차별이 없는 세상을 만들어야 한다. 우리는 비정규직 제로가 공공부문을 넘어 모든 영역에서 상식으로 받아들여지는 세상을 만들어야 한다. 어떠한 사람도 다른 사람을 감히 지배하지 못하는 세상을, 어떠한 계엄도 감히 우리에게 처단을 운운하지 못하는 세상을 만들어야 한다.

그리고 이러한 세상은 내란수괴 윤석열이 만들어놓은 기형적인 체제를 보수한다고 건설할 수 없다. 윤석열을 만든 체제, 윤석열이 반란 이후에도 두 주나 대통령일 수 있게 하는 체제. 이 체제를 온전히 무너트린 다음에야 우리가 원하는 세상을 건설할 수 있을 것이다. 그러니 오늘, 국회로 행진하자. 윤석열을 끌어내고 공공성에 기반한 새로운 세상을 이야기하자.

Yoon Suk-yeol’s regime, led by the chief of this coup, himself, is over. It doesn't matter whether the National Assembly will pass the impeachment motion against Yoon today, nor is it whether the Constitutional Court will later uphold the decision. His regime has ended because we—the workers and people gathered here today—refuse to accept his attempts at dictatorship. It has ended because we stood strong and unyielding in the face of their violence. Yoon Suk-yeol’s regime could not withstand the power of our will. It is over because we put an end to it.

His administration has already ended. Now, it’s time for us to rebuild the world he has left in ruins. We must restore the Safe Trucking Freight Rates System, which Yoon dismantled under the pretense of a return-to-work order. We must revive the Public Service Workers Committee, which he abolished without any countermeasures. We must complete the process of converting irregular public sector workers into permanent workers—which he erased without any hesitation. We must reverse the steady decline in real wages that has persisted throughout his three years in office. We must rebuild the healthcare system he dismantled and establish a strong public healthcare. We must restore public care services. And we will fight to take back everything that was taken from us.

But we cannot stop here, because our struggle is far from over. We must create a society where essential services are not seen as individual burdens but as a shared social responsibility—a world where the values of the public good reach every corner of our lives. We must build a society where all workers, regardless of employment type—whether they are in special employment, platform labor, indirect employment, or outsourced work—can fully enjoy their labor rights without discrimination. We must create a world where eliminating irregular employment isn’t just a goal in the public sector but a standard practice across all industries. A world where no one dares to dominate another, and where martial law can never again be used to threaten or suppress us.

This vision cannot be realized by merely patching up the broken system that allowed Yoon to rise. It’s not enough to fix a system that enabled him to stay in power even two weeks after his coup. We must completely dismantle this system to build the society we dream of.

So today, let’s march to the National Assembly. Let’s remove Yoon from power and begin building a new world rooted in public good.
